Tips:

1. Please note that our products are limited to PLA Filament. If other wires are used to cause damage, the buyer shall bear relevant responsibilities.

2. When a section of consumables is shorter than the length of the pen, it is better to quit and discard it, because when the length is shorter than the length of the pen, the consumables are transmitted through the motor, and when the power is not transmitted, the consumables are not easy to come out, resulting in a plug.

3. After painting, be sure to remove all consumables from the pen before unplugging the power. Otherwise, the consumables will not be pulled out when they are cooled. Only the pen can be removed for repair.

4. When the consumables are used again, it is necessary to use scissors to cut the consumables to a place with uniform diameter and cut the surface before feeding. Otherwise, it is easy to feed unsmooth, which will seriously block the head and make the pen unusable.
