Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad 1–3 working days · other cities 3–5 working days. Delivery is Rs 250, and free on orders over Rs 7,500.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, or by card using a secure link we send you on WhatsApp.
How do I confirm my order?
After you place an order, the confirmation page opens WhatsApp with your order already written. Send it to us and we confirm before dispatch.
What does “inspired by” mean?
It describes a similar scent profile to help you find what you love. Our perfumes are our own compositions; we are not affiliated with the brands named, and all trademarks belong to their owners.
How long does a perfume last on the skin?
It depends on the fragrance family, your skin and the climate. Each product page shows typical wear guidance. Applying to moisturised skin and pulse points helps it last longer.
Not sure which perfume to choose?
Try the Fragrance Finder, or start with the Discovery Set — six perfumes in 2 ml vials, with the cost credited back when you buy a 50 ml bottle.
How do I find my clothing size?
Every clothing page has a size guide with body measurements in centimetres and shows what our model wears. Between sizes? Message us your measurements on WhatsApp.
Can I return something?
Damaged, faulty or wrong items are always replaced or refunded. Unopened perfumes and cosmetics can be returned within 7 days; clothing can be exchanged or returned within 7 days if unworn with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchange policy for details.
How do I track my order?
We send your tracking number on WhatsApp or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. You can also message us your order number at any time.
