Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery times

Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad 1–3 working days · other cities 3–5 working days. Orders are dispatched after we confirm them with you by phone or WhatsApp. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer around public holidays, sales or bad weather.

Delivery charges

A delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to each order unless a different amount is shown at checkout.

Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. For very large orders, or addresses where earlier parcels were refused, we may ask for advance payment.

Order confirmation

After you place an order we contact you to confirm your order and address. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched we share the tracking number with you on WhatsApp or SMS.

Refused or unreachable deliveries

If a parcel is refused, or the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, it comes back to us and the order is cancelled. Customers with repeatedly refused cash-on-delivery orders may be asked to pay in advance in future.
