Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp 0320-4030970 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

Change of mind

Perfume is a personal-care product, so change-of-mind returns are accepted only for items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays the return delivery cost.

Items we cannot take back

• Opened or used bottles, unless they are faulty
• Sample, tester and discovery sizes
• Items without their original packaging

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days after we receive and check the returned item. Delivery charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.
